Iveta Goddard studied Ceramics in her home country of Czech Republic, she then went on to work in television but always dreamed of having her own studio. In 2004 she established her own company from her studio in West Sussex.
Creating unique pieces, built by slabs and wheel thrown, she is represented and celebrated by galleries and top private collectors across the world, including Japan, Australia and America. The pottery is a mix of white earthenware and stoneware and each piece has unique minimalistic patterning, using techniques such as stamping, engraving and carving. This is followed by colourful glazes and fired in an electric kiln.
"Using the natural texture of clay with minimal use of coloured glazes to create something that someone will appreciate and bring into their home is what really motivates me."
