Please note: every effort is made to photograph artworks clearly, however we cannot guarantee the colours that you view on your computer screen are the same as ours!  We are more than happy to email more detailed images of a piece if required.

When purchasing an item:-

• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.

• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy it and complete the check-out payment process.  

• We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.  Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

• Payment for all available original artworks displayed on our website can be made over the phone during opening hours or in person at the gallery.  If more convenient we can also email an invoice to customers who prefer to make the payment online. 

• If postage is required we need to receive the payment in full prior to despatch.  The cost of postage and packaging will be given at the time of ordering.  For more detailed information see Delivery and Returns.

Returns:-

• If a purchase arrives damaged it must be reported to us within two days of delivery, with photographs emailed to us showing the damage.  If the piece is beyond repair we will issue a refund, or if possible, arrange a replacement.  If a repair is possible we will cover the cost of having the item posted back to us and the cost of repair.  

• If you have simply changed your mind about a piece, it must be returned to us in an undamaged and completely resaleable condition within 7 working days.  We will then issue you with a refund.  

• Please note: refunds cannot be issued for a bespoke commission unless it has arrived damaged.

• We may, without prior notice, stop providing or change details of products, such as available sizes and price.

• We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to our online shop without notice and liability for any or no reason.
