• All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  PCI DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.  

• In store, card receipts/details are stored securely and destroyed regularly when no longer needed for business reasons.

• PCI DSS compliance is also maintained for in store payment with regular network vulnerability scans. 

• Customers details such as name, phone number and email address are only kept on file if a specific enquiry is to be followed up on with future communications.

• The Picture House Gallery will never share customers personal details with third parties for marketing purposes unless consent is given.

• We will share customers details to a third party service provider if consented to by the customer.  Such as:- 

  • Subscribing to our newsletter through mailchimp.com. Customers will not be sent our newsletter unless they have given us consent to do so in person or online via a sign up form. These can be unsubscribed from at any time by contacting us direct (details below) or clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the latest newsletter.
